Come to Our First Gathering

Sunday, September 13 at 2:00 PM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in the Classroom
Our first gathering is simply an opportunity to meet us, ask questions, and learn more about the Catholic faith and the OCIA process. You are welcome to attend even if you are unsure whether OCIA is right for you.

Questions are welcome. No commitment is necessary.

Which one best describes you?
– I would like to know more about the Catholic faith.
– I have been thinking about joining the Catholic Church.
– I was baptized but never received the sacraments of Eucharist or Confirmation and now would like to.

Exploring Catholicism is a place to ask questions, learn about the Catholic faith, meet others who are exploring, and prayerfully consider where God may be leading you.

What is OCIA?
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) is the process through which one becomes a full member of the Catholic Church. OCIA involves a journey of faith and discernment, including instruction in the beliefs of the Catholic Church.
It is open to any adult wishing to become Catholic which includes unbaptized adults, those who have been baptized in another faith and for adults who were baptized Catholic but never received the sacraments of the Eucharist and/or Confirmation.
Classes begin September 13th at 2:00pm at St Patrick Church.
