ORGANIZATIONS
Catholic Daughters of America
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. Founded through the Knights of Columbus Catholic men’s organization, our purpose is to participate in the religious, charitable and educational Apostolates of the Church. St Anthony’s court #330 of Council Bluffs was established on October 31, 1920. CDA donate to charities, administer scholarship programs and strive “to be helping hands where there is pain, poverty, sorrow or sickness.” The CDA motto is “Unity and Charity.” Catholic lay and religious women of Council Bluffs and Carter Lake, 18 years of age or older, who love and support the Church and wish to participate in social and charitable activities can join Catholic Daughters. For more information and meeting time and place check out our website cda330.org.
